We moved to Almeria three years ago. After looking around the costa's for our dream home in the sun, looking for a villa in the right area, but we were disappointed with what we were shown by the agents and some of their tactics. So we decided to go it alone. After a lot of hard work we found what we were looking at last. Believe me it can be very stressful. Leaning o­n our experience we decided to set up a small company of our own. With some trial and error we got to know the honest and legal builders who provided a set commission built into their house prices. Therefore, no hidden extras o­n the price of a house.

With the added advantage of living in the area we can follow through to the completion of your purchase and keep you up to date with the progress at every stage of the construction of your villa.

As for solicitors, it is advisable to use an independent company, preferably not the builders but o­ne of your own choice ( we can recommend several ).

There are many banks (English speaking) readily available for your mortgage or any banking needs you may require.
